OFS Announces Contract To Refurbish Luxury Hotel
New York, NY- Office Furniture Service (OFS) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a contract to refurbish guest and common areas in one of America’s most famous luxury hotels.
The hotel company has followed a targeted course of expansion that includes major city centers and desirable resort destinations around the world. This 370-room luxury modern hotel was designed by I.M. Pei. The guest rooms average 600 square feet and feature foyers with built-in mini bars, separate sitting areas and dressing rooms.
A spokesperson for the hotel said that the contracting of OFS would allow it to maintain the high standards and elegant surroundings that embody its spirit and objective. “We felt that in advance of the holiday season, we wanted to achieve the perfect “home away from home” environment that we are known for. After reviewing the various companies that could meet our needs, it became obvious that OFS best embodies the professionalism that our hotels are accustomed to.”
Burt Hochstein, CEO of OFS said that our experience with all phases of renovation made us a perfect fit. The renovation will consist of refinishing, custom millwork, polishing and upholstery work. In addition, we will be refurbishing rooms as well as the elevator banks.
