BuzziPleat is made from BuzziFelt material and is hand pleated to form a sculptural design that is both beautiful and lightweight.

The team at 13&9 Design drew inspiration for BuzziPleat by looking at ancient pleating and smocking techniques used in fashion design. After learning the methods, they applied them to make the circular felt pendants.

The material used to create BuzziPleat is sewn together to increase its flexibility, tension, and durability.

The numerous folds of increase the surface area available to absorb sound and creates a quiet workplace.

BuzziPleat can easily be secured to walls or hung from the ceiling, making it a flexible addition to any workplace in need of sound dampening.

There are two variations of this product; BuzziPleat Ripple and BuzziPleat Edel. Each one is available in two sizes.
